Student and Parent Technology Support

Technology help for remote student and parents

If a student is having an issue with a Chromebook...some issues may be resolved by turning the device off and back on. If this doesn't work, your issue may be easily resolved by a short conversation with tech support staff.

1. Email: gltechhelp@gulllakecs.org - send parent contact information and details of the tech issues that you need help with.

OR

2. Repair hours are Wednesdays from 12pm to 3pm at the High School Staff/Student Entrance. It is the door on the NorthWest side of the building that is labeled #9 and is to the right of the main HS parking lot.

Chromebook and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Y5-8th grade families that are using their own technology device and not a school-issued Chromebook, we ask that you complete the district Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for each student attending GLCS in grades Y5-8th grade.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Link

If you picked up a school-issued Chromebook, you should have completed the Acceptable Use Policy form in person at the time you received the device.

**Students enrolled in Gull Lake Virtual Partnership may be issued a device as needed.

If you have any questions about GLVP issued devices, please contact Doug Hoover (dhoover@gulllakecs.orgif you are a full-time student or Kyle Wilder (kwilder@gulllakecs.org) if you are a part-time student.
