Dr. Brendan Howard
Bonjour tout le monde!
About Dr. Howard (Monsieur Howard): I am originally from a small town in upstate New York near Ithaca. After graduating from High School, I attended Utah State University for two years. I then went and lived in Montreal, Canada where I learned French and fell in love with the language. I then moved to Kalamazoo where I went to Western Michigan University and earned a Bachelor's degree in French and Physical Education. This is now my 14th year teaching French and I love it. Since working for Gull Lake Community Schools, I have earned a Masters in Educational Administration from The University of Scranton and then I went on to earn a Doctorate in Education from Walden University.
I love spending time with my family and I love being on my motorcycle in my free time. I have traveled to Europe and I have many friends in the Kalamazoo area who are native French speakers. I enjoy speaking with them and enjoying the francophone culture. I love this beautiful language and look forward to sharing with you what I have learned.
