Textbook Reimbursement Forms - Winter/Spring 2023
Please mail or drop off your form and receipt(s) at the address below, do not email them.

- Book reimbursement forms are due by May 12th.
- DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE FORMS AT DIFFERENT TIMES-This will delay your refund.
- Include your original purchase/rental receipt(s).
- Check processing takes 2-3 weeks after the colleges have forwarded the grades to Gull Lake.
- If any information is missing, it will delay processing.
