Peachjar Digital Flyer Distribution

Gull Lake Community Schools cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students and staff by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery.

Peachjar for Families

Peachjar organizes all important school and community information in one place! In addition to receiving emails from your school, look for the ‘Peachjar’ button or icon on your school website to view all active flyers.

Peachjar for Community Organizations

Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers.

To submit your flyer for district approval, review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will not be distributed.

  1. Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com.

  2. Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer.

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Administrative staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.

Flyer Approval Guidelines

  • Flyer must be approved by the Administration or Communications office.
  • Flyer must contain the name and contact of the sponsoring entity.
  • Flyer should support the basic educational mission of the district, directly benefit the students, or be of intrinsic value to the students or their parents/guardians.
  • Flyer should promote student interests without advancing the special interests of any particular group.
  • Materials for distribution must not promote any commercial, religious or political interest/organization or viewpoint.
  • Activity must benefit children and reference a specific activity; advertisements and fliers of general information will not be allowed.
  • Flyer publicizes a specific community activity or event that is age-appropriate for the students that attend the school.
  • Flyers should be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event date.
  • Approval of your flyer does not imply district endorsement of any identified product or service.

Disclaimer

As a convenience to parents and students, the District makes available notices of activities that may be of interest to students and parents. However, the District does not endorse, screen, support, favor, oppose or object to the content of any of these activities or of the community groups that sponsor them. It is entirely up to parents/guardians and students 18 or older to determine whether to participate in any of the activities listed on this site.
