Textbook Reimbursement Forms for Winter/Spring 2022 

Please mail or drop off your form and receipt(s) at the address below, do not email them.

  • Book reimbursement is due by January 14th.
  • DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE FORMS AT DIFFERENT TIMES-This will delay your refund.
  • Include your original purchase/rental receipt(s).
  • Check processing takes 2-3 weeks after the colleges have forwarded the grades to Gull Lake.
  • If any information is missing, it will delay processing.
