Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulates and sets requirements for the disclosure of public records

by public bodies within the state of Michigan.  The information must already exist in document form. FOIA

does not require the creation of information or summaries.


Gull Lake Community Schools requires individuals or entities to submit FOIA requests in writing.
