Thomas M Ryan Intermediate Named a Leader In Me Lighthouse School by FranklinCovey Education

Thomas M. Ryan Intermediate is honored to have been certified and named a Leader in Me Lighthouse School. The path to receiving Lighthouse certification has been a true journey, both personally and professionally, for everyone at the school The LIM initiative began eight years ago, because the book, The Leader in Me, inspired and moved members of our staff. Becoming a Lighthouse school honors the work that our staff, students, families, and community have accomplished so far in their LIM journey. The Lighthouse Certification is a highly-regarded standard set by FranklinCovey Education that is attainable by every Leader in Me school. It is a significant benchmark applying for this certification.
Since the official launch of LIM nearly a decade ago, 4,500 public, private, and charter schools across 50 countries have adopted the Leader in Me process, while 530 schools have achieved the Lighthouse certification. Thomas M.Ryan Intermediate is the 32nd school in the State of Michigan to do so.
We are proud of this accomplishment and very honored to have been selected for this prestigious recognition. We look forward to continuing our LIM journey and inspiring others as we continue to grow together as learners and leaders.
