The decision to delay or cancel classes for Gull Lake Community Schools is a cooperative effort by the superintendent, the transportation supervisor, and the supervisor of buildings and grounds.  The decision is usually made by 6:00 am.  The television and radio stations that relay closing information are as follows:

Please monitor these local stations whenever weather conditions appear to be deteriorating.  Decisions to cancel classes, after school starts, are rare but do occur. 

In addition, please make sure you have discussed an emergency plan with your student should school be dismissed early.
